- You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

Terms and Conditions for Player Registration – Barak Tea Premier League (BTPL)
3. Eligiblity Criteria:
All participants must provide valid identity proof (Aadhaar Card or equivalent).
Players must register with accurate information; any false details will result in disqualification.
Playing XI can include up to 4 Non-Tea Tribe players.
2. Registration Rules:
The registration fee is ₹149 for players.
Registration will only be accepted after successful payment confirmation.
Payment once made is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Players must upload a recent passport-size photograph and required documents during registration.
3. Auction & Team Selection:
Players will be part of the auction process after successful registration.
Franchise owners can bid for a maximum of 20 players, with no more than 6 Non-Tea Tribe players.
Final playing XI must comply with BTPL’s rule of having only 4 Non-Tea Tribe players.
4. Code of Conduct:
All players and franchise owners are expected to maintain sportsmanlike behavior.
Any act of indiscipline, misconduct, or violence will result in immediate expulsion.
The decision of the BTPL Committee will be final and binding.
5. Match Rules:
Matches will be played with a tennis ball in a 15-over format.
Players must wear proper cricket attire as specified by the tournament organizers.
Umpire decisions are final and cannot be challenged.
6. Injuries & Liabilities:
BTPL organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the tournament.
Players are encouraged to take adequate precautions for their safety.
7. Media & Promotion:
By participating, players consent to the use of their photos, videos, and names for BTPL promotion on digital and print platforms.
Media rights and content will remain the sole property of BTPL organizers.
8. Changes & Cancellations:
BTPL Committee reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, rules, or any aspect of the tournament.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, matches may be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of the organizers.
9. Privacy Policy:
Personal information collected during registration will be kept confidential and used only for official tournament purposes.
